The site is located in the outskirts of hinjewadi in a village called Marunji. It is a Prefabricated structure built in a Modern Classical style. The house is been designed for a small family of four people, father mother and there two daughters. The house has a big kitchen garden in the front, and has a small farm land on the other end of the house, and is covered by nature from all the four sides. It is a 2BHK house with a house area of 1300 sqft. The exterior of the house is covered in texture paint to mimic the traditional walls,and has a beautiful outdoor seating area facing the kitchen garden.
