Modular construction is the process of creating a structure on-site/ off site under
controlled
conditions, with the same norms and standards as conventionally built buildings, but in
about half the
time. The approach involves producing buildings in modules that are then assembled
on-site.
The simplest way to explain modular constructions is to imagine several modules/parts
that are
prefabricated at a factory and then transported and placed on-site. Because Vrisa
creates personalised/
customised designs, we don't have a fixed module and the entire building is made
On-site.
These constructions are made up of steel framing and ready-built walls that are simple
to assemble and
take little time to complete. The majority of the products used are almost finished,
saving a
significant
amount of time.
